In The Kitchen
A real scratch kitchen. House-made pasta — fettuccini, pappardelle, ravioli — daily. Executive Chef Khai Nguyen runs it: 25+ years at this level, one of Central Florida’s most consistent. Craft is valued, mentorship is real, and the standard holds because the people here hold it. If you want to grow as a cook, this is where that actually happens.
On The Floor
Our front of house is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every guest. We don’t hire order-takers — we look for people who can read a room, guide a meal, and turn a first-timer into someone who asks for the same server next time. We use “Legendary” intentionally. The goal isn’t to satisfy guests; it’s to delight them.
At The Bar
We run a serious bar program — an intentional wine list, a rotating craft beer selection, and cocktails made with care and a point of view. Behind the bar, details matter: proper pours, balanced builds, clean technique, and the confidence to recommend something that fits the moment. If you take the craft seriously, you’ll fit right in here.
